PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS “BUY MORE, SAVE MORE”

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Spacerebels Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Honoriusza Balzaka 63, 52-437 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna under KRS number 0001145996, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 8943250507.
  2. The Promotion is valid from September 1, 2026, at 00:00 until September 14, 2026, at 23:59.

§ 2. Promotion Rules

  1. The Promotion applies to products available in the Store. Customers may freely combine products within a single order.
  2. For the purposes of the Promotion, “Cart Value” means the total selling price of the products in the cart, after applying any price reductions applicable to individual products, but before applying the discount under this Promotion. Delivery costs are not included in the Cart Value.
  3. The discount is applied automatically and amounts to:
    • 10% of the Cart Value – where the Cart Value is at least EUR 500 but less than EUR 1,000;
    • 20% of the Cart Value – where the Cart Value is at least EUR 1,000.
  4. The discount applies to all products included in the order. The amount of the discount and the final amount payable are displayed to the Customer before the order is placed.
  5. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or other cart-based promotions unless the terms of another promotion or information provided in the Store expressly state otherwise.

§ 3. Partial Return of Products

  1. The discount available under the Promotion is conditional upon the total value of the products ultimately retained by the Customer.
  2. If the Customer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract in respect of only some of the products, the applicable discount rate will be recalculated based on the value of the products retained by the Customer after the partial withdrawal, using the thresholds applicable at the time the order was placed.
  3. If the value of the products retained by the Customer:
    • is at least EUR 1,000 – the 20% discount will continue to apply;
    • is at least EUR 500 but less than EUR 1,000 – the applicable discount will be recalculated to 10%;
    • is less than EUR 500 – the discount under the Promotion will no longer apply.
  4. In such a case, the amount to be refunded to the Customer will be calculated as the difference between the total amount paid for the products in the order and the price of the products retained by the Customer after applying the discount rate applicable to their resulting value.
  5. Recalculation of the discount does not constitute a fee, penalty or restriction on the Customer’s right to withdraw from the contract. It results solely from the conditions applicable to the relevant discount level under the Promotion.

§ 4. Complaints and Consumer Rights

  1. The rules set out in § 3 apply to a partial withdrawal from the contract or a voluntary return of products. They do not limit the Customer’s statutory rights in relation to goods that do not conform to the contract and will not be applied as a sanction where a complaint concerning lack of conformity is upheld.
  2. The Promotion does not limit the Consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from the contract or any other rights available to the Consumer under applicable law.
  3. In matters not covered by these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Store Terms and Conditions and applicable provisions of law shall apply.
  4. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by e-mail to shop@spacerebels.com. Complaints will be considered within 14 days.
