SKYWARD FANTASIES
Om motivet
A view directed toward the sky through a thicket of bare, winter treetops creates a hypnotic composition of branches radiating toward the center. A hazy, gray-green mood wraps the whole in a mysterious atmosphere of forest silence, somewhere between waking and dreaming. A subtle palette of cool grays, pale green, and delicate pink glimpses of sky gives the image a dreamlike depth. It's the wild, disorderly geometry of nature — both unsettling and captivating at the same time.
